王浩,研究员,德国洪堡学者,国家杰出青年基金获得者,博士生导师。现任国家纳米科学中心纳米生物效应与安全性实验室主任。

2005年于南开大学获理学博士学位。之后在德国维尔茨堡大学作为洪堡研究员进行研究,2007年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校医学院Crump 分子成像研究所和加州纳米系统研究中心从事纳米技术在癌症诊断与治疗方面的研究。2011年加入国家纳米科学中心纳米生物效应与安全性实验室。

目前的主要研究方向为医用高分子材料。提出了活体组装的新理念,实现材料在病灶部位的靶向、富集和滞留,拓展了新型的医用高分子材料体系,为重大疾病诊疗开辟了新途径。(1)发展了新型多肽聚合物材料的高通量合成新方法;(2)提出了高通量多肽聚合物材料筛选新方法;(3)发展了多肽聚合物材料可控组装新体系;(4)提出了基于多肽聚合物新型材料的诊疗新理念。在Sci. Trans. Med., Sci. Adv., Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., JACS,Adv. Mater.等期刊上发表论文100余篇,引用>1.5万次,H因子68(截止至2023年底)。并应邀在Acc. Chem. Res.和Adv. Mater.等期刊撰写综述。受英国皇家化学会和Springer邀请,分别撰写专著和Handbook共两个章节。研究成果被Nat. Mater. 和Chem. Rev.进行重点评述。基于活体原位自组装理念,研发了具有独立自主知识产权的创新型多肽造影剂实现肿瘤术中导航和转移监测,完成IIT实验并申报1.1类新药临床许可。
