  任金东,国家纳米科学中心研究员。2016年06月在中国科学院物理研究所获凝聚态物理博士学位期间(2015.08-2016.04)以博士研究生交流学者身份在美国匹兹堡大学物理系超快激光实验室Hrvoje Petek教授组交流学习;2016.07-2017.08在美国匹兹堡大学物理系超快激光实验室Hrvoje Petek教授组从事博士后研究工作,研究方向是用STM研究金属表面偶极子电荷转移对材料表面纳米结构的影响以及时间分辨双光子电子能谱仪研究金属界面超快弛豫现象2017.10-2021.08 在德国明斯特大学物理系Harald Fuchs 院士组从事博士后研究工作,研究方向为表面在位化学反应构建纳米量子结构、纳米材料的合成与物性表征,功能有机分子结构表征和物性测量。2021年09月加入国家纳米科学中心,主要从事低维纳米光电功能材料与器件的制备与表征。迄今为止已经在Nature Chemistry, Nature Photonics, Physical Review Letters, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Nano Letters, Angewandte Chemie International Edition等国际权威期刊发表近20篇有国际影响力的创新性成果。


 研究领域:
 

  低维纳米光电材料的制备及表征,并探索其在光电领域的应用。

  1)超高真空中构筑原子级功能材料并表征其特殊晶格和能带结构

  2)表面功能有机分子结构表征、修饰和超快光电物性的研究

  3)低维光电功能材料的逻辑与存储器件
